the srt-4 is very popular with very young drivers. that is also why they cost so much to insure. just look at the number of salvage titled ones on eBay. it let's you go real fast for real cheap. srt-4 buyers are willing to accept the looks of the car to meet their performance/cost goals, and some even like the sleeper concept (even though the exhaust note gives it a way).
It is popular amongst young drivers. But that is not all that drives them. There are plenty of middle aged people that have them. And they mod the hell out of them. Many are also in their 30's. The car sells. Thats why it has never had any incentives.
