That is an interesting point, and something I had not thought of. When Alan and I made our first 2 passes, it was early, and there were no trailered cars running yet. I launched both times with no tire spin (Dropped in first, TC off, 1500 rpm, and WOT, 25 lb tire pressure). Ohhh, I had a .189 RT on the first pass.
After our first two hot lap passes, we took a break and watched others run. It was after a lot of passes with the sub 10 sec cars were made that I went back and made a couple of passes while Alan watched. Both times, I spun like crazy. I was really disappointed after having launched so well earlier. Then Alan went, and he had the same luck as me. So, at least I know it was not just me.
Anyway, The best run I had after the first 2 was a 13.1. I had a 14 sec run also. Alan was in line to run next when the Chevelle(I think that was what it was) hit the wall.
Edit.... I just remembered.... my 3rd pass was sooo bad spinning, it was a 16 sec run.
I did say that I didn't want to talk about it right.
