Well, like I mentioned somewhere here the other day - come January 7th it will be 5 years since I have had even a PENNY of a raise.
None of my business, BUT HAVE YOU ASKED FOR A RAISE?
Ya' gotta' ask, and ask loudly - presuming, tho, that you're worth it. And as the saying goes, from the boss's viewpoint, if you're happy with what you're getting paid, you're getting paid too much.
