Please correct me if I'm wrong.
for clarity's sake, I believe if you go from a stock tune (no mods) to a tune that must take modifications into account that it is a $100 upgrade for moving from a Stage I to a Stage II tune.

HOWEVER, if you have any modifications and get a tune, re-tuning to account for more modifications would be free (unless you are dyno-tuning where there are dyno costs)
