Guess leveling the car properly for the job is key. Do you require a hand pump to fill it back in? I'm expecting to drain it and fill it untill fluid overflows thru filling hole.....same procedure as rear diff.... correct?
Have hands full this weekend with frt & rr differentials (mobil1 75w90) and ATF on winter car so XFire should have to wait but i'll report my findings after i replace it.

Level the car and use a hand pump or long tube with a funnel. It'll take 2 qts.
Rear diff drain plug will be covered with rustproofing gunk, so be prepared to invent some new cuss words as you try to remove it. I used Amsoil 75W-90 in the diff.
