1/2 second isn't that long in real time, so who knows, I may have spun for 1/2 second or so

I saw a video that compared dynolicious to their track runs and the 60' time was within a few hundredths
a prepped track can really do wonders for hooking the tires on a launch. i normally launch somewhere between 1600-1800RPMs at the track... if I do that on the street... and hit the gas pedal like I do on the track, I would go severly sideways with a good bit of smoke...

hell I go sideway even if I dont stage the car on teh street and just mash the pedal...so in short, yes, track prep is huge...
