Thanks Jane and Larry. As listed in the link Hotel Info (partial extract below) the recommended number is the direct to hotel number. It is absolutely best if people can make their reservations as soon as possible. This way if I need to ask for more, I can do so. At 45 days out, roughly the first week of May, remaining rooms will be returned to the hotel to prevent me from incurring a fee; sorry I haven't won the lottery YET.

I know I owe a schedule but we are still nailing down costs and negotiating reasonable ones at that; considering the potential size of this group. Having looked at the reservations that are being made, where many are arriving the 22nd, I need everybody to understand this much with respect to starting and ending activities. We are planning on having a 7am meet and greet breakfast prior to starting some some drives for the day. There are also plans to have a farewell dinner on the evening of the 24th. Considering these two things, some of you who have already made reservation may want to change your plans; others may want to plan accordingly.
