I was able to solve my problem earlier today. I found that our projector lenses actually cut the beam of light in half and just use the lower portion of the beam for our low beams. After figuring that out, I decided to experiment and cut a new tab on the opposite side of the original H7 bulb (the tab is used for fitment into the projector) and sure enough that fixed the problem.
