My east nav cd is apparently defective. The dealer said a replacement would cost $1400.00. The west cd works so I know it's not in the GPS unit. Any suggestions on how I can obtain a replacement at a reasonable cost ? I contacted manufacturer Harman/Becker, but got no result.
