Is it just me or does anyone else get wistfull reading on the forum about the NA performance mods being performed (limited as they may be) outside the confines of what are probably the single most restrictive emissions standards in the lower 48 (California) ? Virtually every mod I've come across on the forum (Airbox, CAI, etc.) would require removal every 23 months to pass the CA. smog visual inspection. Might be able to slide the 74mm throttle body and probably a Sprint Booster (no h.p. gain, just reduced responce/lag time) by, but not much else. Does anyone know if the Kleemann S/C mod would pass ?
