What is sooo expensive about an SRT? Lets say you find a good deal on a Limited for 12 - 14k. Then you add another 5k in mods. You will still not have anything close to an SRT, but you will have 17 - 19k invested. You can find a good SRT for between 16 - 19k.

This is just my 2 cents, but an NA is a great value in a car. If you are not wanting 300+ HP, then it is a wonderful and smart way to go. If you are a performance junkie, then the costs associated with modding a NA does not make sense, especially as cheap as you can find an SRT right now.

Now, the one exception that I would make to this is if you are adventurous enough to do a V8 conversion on a NA. Lantana has proven that a V8 conversion can be done, and more importantly, can be done with a budget that makes sense.
