Here is a video of the stock conti's late at night on a smooth sealcoated parking lot at something less than 4200 (around 3600), again drop-clutch.

It really comes down to surface prep and tires. As you can see.... a 4200 drop-clutch start is entirely possible with minimal wheelspin on a prepared surface.
