18 is massivley wrong, you are using a uncalibrated sensor or the engine is sick lean, I get 14.2.
You can boost a/f by adjusting the fuel RAIL PRESSURE. Only takes 3-5 pounds above the stock 60 psig to turn 17 : 1 to 12:1.
