This kind of attitude is sure to get you more than just one ticket. I dare you to tell a cop this and show him the picture. You have no arguement in the law and the only thing you will do is tick off the cop and get more than just one ticket. It is this type of arguement that the cops hear all day and it pisses them off. Where they may have just let you go with just a warning... bring up this arguement and you will not like the outcome.
