The dim radio display and backwards window switches were a problem on very early build numbers. You should be able to get them fixed at a Chrysler dealer. Do a search and there is a post on fixing the window switches yourself if you desire. The second position on the headlight switch does nothing on US cars. It is for rear fog lights on European cars. Only the driver seat has 8 way power. The passenger is only 4 way.

So far there haven't been any actual safety recalls on the Crossfire. I don't know of anywhere you can get a complete list of service bulletins, at least not for free. You can get some of them from the NHTSA website.
