Anything is better than the poor flowing stock system. I was one of the first members to try a dual intake setup on the theory that the less restriction you have intake side of the SC the more boost you get on the outlet side. In this case theory translates into reality.

Waldig was the first to make a prototype by coming up with 2 silicone 90degree silicone peices and cutting them to form a Y section to merge the dual pipe setup into the throttle body. I currently use a waldig style silicone y piece for my custom dual intake and X-stream filters with great results.
