I bought a 1/2" socket adapter for my ordinary cordless drill for $1.50 at Harbor Freight (cheap Chinese tools)

Sure, I have to use the tire iron to break the nut loose, but once its loose, the drill zips those lugs right out. It also zips them right back on, and you use the tire iron to torque them down.
