Default Re: Incompetent Crossfire Technicians

Got one better than that. Took mine in for a service and to get the drivers window adjusted. Went throught the same experience with a heavy discussion on re-setting the service meter and they broke a piece of trim when attempting to adjust side window.

One of my sub woofers was defective and the tech broke the cargo net.

Had a minor altercation with a curb ask Chrysler tech to check alinement, they stated all was ok. It didn't feel ok so I took it to a independent hotrod shop and guess what? ft end need re-alinement.

When I pick up the car for the first time there was a ding in the hood. Dealer agree to replace it. Went to pick it up and the hood was not on straight.

Sent letter two letter to Chryler UK explaning the above and demanding compensation. The only think I got back was a apology, will do better next time and "no" to any compesation.

Love the car but, the next nearest dealer is a hour drive, so in another 12 month, CF going back to the dealer (little clause in finance agreement stating that I can hand the car back after paying half of the finance term) and heading back to BMW. BM's are not as unique but plunty of dealers around fighting for the bis and service dept are pretty good.
