The window adjustment is covered in the following excerpt from the Shop Manual on page 96.
I have to do it to one of my windows because of wind noise fortunately it doesn't leak and I am a bit deaf in that ear, but passengers do whine at times.

No... just because there is a TSB and the dealership can see the issue does not always mean it is covered. It all depends on if the issue itself.... what needs to be repaired or replaced.
For example...I complained about the window problem and they could see my issue. I even showed them the TSB so they could see how to fix it. They said any window adjustment is not covered in the max care extended warranty unless it effects something that is covered. In other words, they could not just do a simple window adjustment. So the trick is in the bolt. I told them that if they needed to order the bolt then it would automatically make the job covered.... they went back to the computer and said "yes it would". They called me and confirmed that they did in fact need to get a new bolt for my window which automatically made the job covered under my warranty. I knew about the bolt only because 2 other dealerships were kind enough to give me that clue. That was the work around. If my bumper to bumper warranty was still good then they would fix the window for free with no hassle.
As for your window problem... I say that if it isn't leaking don't touch it. Mine was so I had no choice. It took them a couple times to get it right but it is good now. It is probably best to have it done a couple times anyway with slight adjustments each time.
