They never get better and I've had my XFIRE for a year now but I'm still not confident with the dealership where I brought mine for service in here. I've had a problem with my driver side door popping out of alignment after I close it and the service rep heard it popped but the technicians insist they could not find anything wrong with it. I bluffed them and just told them that I just brought my car for it to be documented anyway that my door has a problem and if something happens in the future I told them that they'll be liable because I have established a documentation about my car's problem and they don't know how to fix it. That took care of it and they found a problem not just in the driver side but also in the passenger side door.

Dealership services - no matter if they're five star or not needs to improve so that customers can get their confidence that they will be taken cared of and so that same customer will trust their products and services.
