Default Power Steering Fluid Leak?

Over thanksgiving, I went home and drove my crossfire for the first time in about 6 weeks. (I go to school in New Orleans, the car is in New Jersey.) The steering felt really heavy, so I opened up the hood and there appears to be a leak on the left side of the engine as shown in the pictures below. I'm pretty sure it's the power steering fluid since the reservoir is located right above where all that fluid is. Could it be anything other then the power steering?

I'm a little concerned as the car only has 9,000 miles on it, and it's been over 2 years since purchase so New York Lemon Laws no longer apply, but the warranty is still in effect for a few more months. Has Chrysler's bankruptcy impacted warranty repairs in any way?

Thanks

Edit: Added a quick video I had on my BlackBerry of the leak to YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWStLn1-UiI
