I do have have a wideband A/F gauge to monitor the A/F ratios. According to Dave (Bulldogger), when he switched from the stock pump to the SL55 pump, they had to scale back the injector duty cycle to 80%. That is huge! You really do not want to come near 100% duty cycle on the injectors as you probably already know.

You could run it into the cabin but that is considered very dangerous for obvious reasons lol. Wait i assume you mean mechanical...if its electronic your good to go!
I am familiar with what Rob is working on to some extent. Also, i heard about Bulldoggers fix but what pulley is he running?
I have a HO walbro 255 that many 4cyl guys commonly make 500+whp with. Now without knowing the flow rate of both i cant say this for sure but i am
assuming that the sl55 does not out the walbro. However, even if it does keep in mind it is the factory fpr/filter that will divert any extra fuel pressure you add back into the tank! This is why i think you need a fp gauge, and why i also dont see how Buldogger was able to "fix" his issue(thats also why i asked what pulley hes running). When i was pushing 25psi on the 185 my afr's were 20+ and the only thing that came close was my return style setup, which wasnt a viable fix for other reasons
Here is another fun fact kinda related...our boost is not the same in all gears. In cold weather my little code 3 pulley makes 16psi in 2nd. 18 in 3rd. and 19.5 psi in 4th!!!
