I could see pizzaguys mod being useful for after a hard pull, mountain run or something... letting the car idle with the fan on at full speed.
obviously i wouldnt use this while driving around.
but the ecu adding fuel and pulling timing is a moot point at idle.
but it does sound useful for high temp days stuck in traffic or as previously stated, after a mountain run, etc
