I called, made an appointment, dropped the XF off and picked up my "free" Durango for the day. Later that day my Service Advisor called me, confirmed that my XF was ready to be picked up and the Crossfire Tech (Scott) met me at delivery to detail what had been done and to introduce himself to me. I could not have been more pleased. The FSS was reset, the oil level was correct, and there were no problems whatsoever. So not EVERY Chrysler dealership sucks and not EVERY Crossfire tech is an incompetent fool. That would be like saying ALL Crossfire owners are petty and want to return the entire car under the lemon law because one dealership apparently cannot reset the FSS light.

Hate to break the flow even further........I have over 10,000 km on my Xfire (driven from April through October 2004 and I haven't even seen the dealer since. Did my own oil change, did not bother to wrestle with the FSS and will do my next change at 20,000km.
No issues with the car and of course no issues with the dealers service because..............
The less I see the dealer after the original purchase, the more I like it.
With any luck, hope to be able to say same thing by the end of this year except I expect to have the 20,000km on the odometer.
I wish I could say the same good things about receiving that "StarTech Winners" check.
Not in the mail today either.
