I wanted to do the same thing and asked the dealer. They didn't know and couldn't find any difference in the tech manual so the service manager went out and dug around in a limited to figure out the routing of the wiring then checked out mine. The harness didn't seem to have the connectors but he said it was possible that they might be taped over. The part that seemed to be missing was the LED on the dash just below and to the left of the switch which I assume is an indicator to show the ON state. He finally said if I wanted it done they would order the Lights and dig into the wiring adding wires if needed. I haven't taken him up on it yet. I was hoping to learn more also.
