So far I have been very pleased with my car too, even the 6 speed works great. I did stop into the MB dealership and got the feeling that they have a little animosity towards our little Xfires. You would think that they would fall all over us to get the extra work.
As far as the oil changes go, I did my 1st one at only 3,000 miles as that is when there is the most wear while breaking in the engine. I will do the next one at 7,000 miles and at every 6,000 after that.
