Please help arm me to have the dealer do right by me. My top has gotten the dreaded rear window falling out very suddenly. I am dropping by the dealer today to start the process. Any tips/hints/exerience would be helpful. Things like don;t waste your time with the service manager, go straight to the local rep, etc. (I don't know if that's true with this car, but you know what I mean.) I assume I am still covered under my basic bumper to bumper warranty ( I do have the 8/80 extended ptrain) since it has not been 3/36 since my in service date. Thanks in advance for any help.

You will be waiting a while the tops have been on back order for a long while with no ETA from chrysler there's 60 orders currently nationwide.....
