Looks like someone may have had some problems with the cupholder and spilled his drink - go figure huh.
Also- it really irritates me when the steering wheel is not straight when you are driving straight - you can get this fixed with an alignment - make sure you tell them what your goal is. I have not had much luck getting it right though - they usually overcorrect it.

I am a bit concerned that you stated that the car was certified by the dealership, and it has these problems. Generally when a dealership certifies a car, it must pass an inspection checklist to ensure that all systems are functioning. Good luck with your new car.
