Just got off the phone with the gentleman on the LX forum that made the silverbox and it sounds like this will work with our transmission as well. We talked for about 45 minutes and discussed the various things that come into play with how the shift events occur and what his silverbox does to overcome these issues if you will. He is located in Atlanta and is more than happy to test one of these out with someone here on the forum to verify if it works with our car. He also made mention of a company that makes a standalone TCM that may possibly work in our car. I'm going to get in touch with them as well and see what would be involved in getting something like this put together for our car.
