I was just trying to save some people from spending unneeded funds for something that works just as well for less effort but you have a mercedes so you know best.
The info I provided here along with photos showing that it is not the issues you claim it is and that you provided zero info to back up your claims with is just silly. You own a mercedes so you do not have to provide any data, your word is more valuable than that.
theres 3 members just on this thread with winding wear on the bosch pump. weres your data supporting that sitting ruins the pump? yes the impellers failed but how do you know it was from sitting?
you want life both ways. you want to brag to the world how you have a amg m/b powered car yet you still want to bash the benz owners.

the info you provided proves exactly what i have been saying. the bosch is a pump that will fail. mechanical or electrical it will still fail.
