I also carry a tire plug kit, forget the goop. The pump works fine but a word of caution. I went to plug mine in my cigarette lighter and the guts of the lighter came out. So I have ordered a new one. The pump works great though, I use it to pump up my bike tires.
I'd also suggest a fire ext. or something to put out a fire. We had a fire in the fuse box of our Mercedes this past summer (Fan blower seized and should have blown the fuse, it didn't). I put it out with a can of Sprite. Had I not done that chances were pretty good the car would have been a total loss. As it was it was a 2000$ repair taken care of by my warranty and the car is good as new. The reason I mention this is our car is very similar to the set up in my Mercedes.
