Almost all that are resonable in price are going to be made in China, and probably most of the more expensive ones as well.
Price wise is ia actually pretty good if it does what it says. The description states that it is
not just a reader but will display live data. Likely a little limited on the XF but still could be handy.
That said -I would stick with a more well known brand since the price is not spectacular. Actron or Innova would be my choice for a "cheaper" reliable brand.
If you want the live data expect to pay $110 to $150 or more as features are added - if not just get a code reader for 3$30 to $50.
