I took my lead from BB with the SL55 setup believing the dual setup flowed more than the single CAI. I provided the dyno numbers comparing the three setups available at that time, BDJ, NW and SL55 intakes on a stock car. They were pretty much even, except the SL55 cost less than the other two.

I also took part in a dyno session were a NW style intake and SL55 intake ran on the same car on the same day. The NW style did three pulls first and then the SL55 was placed on the car while it remained strapped to the dyno. The result was, the SL55 dyno’d 5 rwhp more than the NW style.

That is what prompted me to ask NW for help in improving the SL55 setup.
