ask Randy or myself, i have the max care and have used it 6 times in the last year,, new rearend, new lowercontrol arms new throttle body, new moter nounts new drive shaft disks and more. Randy had his supercharger replaced, all this for the deductiable. I have never before had a ext warranty, but was advised to get one on the srt because it is a mercedes through out, just incase you don;t get one i have some parts for sale and less than the dealer but not that much less. jim
