Yep, the door bolts are behind the door pull. Unless you can slide the leather down and drill a hole through the door pull big enough to access the bolt, but now you'll have depression where the hole is after you slide the leather back. But perhaps you can cover the hole with a thin piece of sheet metal. Did I mention there's a good chance you'll break some of the tabs when removing the tweeter cover?
Mine doesnt slide at all, it is like stuck there with a glue. It was done by a pro and looks like the car came from the factory that way. one way to remove it is to rip it off. god damn it! my door rattles a bit and i wanted to tighted a few bolts to make it tight.
