When I purchased mine, the lady said she'd mail me the extra key but never has (almost been a month). Somehow her number got lost from my cell as well, so no real way to get in touch with her.

Would my best bet be to simply provide my info to the dealer and have them order me a spare? I can program it, thanks to some reading on here.
