My first ticket was $150, the surcharge was $114.50. = $264.50. Awesome.

This is my second ticket, I was pulled over a 3rd time, in someone elses car which the speedometer didn't work. swear it didn't work.
The state cop new my brother and called him, I got a warning for that one.

But what should I do to see if I can get a deal or something? Call the DA's office?
