bazzer, it isn't all that bad here....mostly what gets you a citation here, is inattention...if you keep your head in your driving, not talking on the cell, texting, distracted for some reason...then you will usually see us before we see you....when I worked for the city, I would give everyone 5 mph, on the outskirts of the city, 10 mph....but, most of the citations written were either attitude, or excessive speed, more 15 mph over...I like your cell phone laws over there....wish we had them here...
