I've read all the forums on doing this, looks pretty easy and coolio, thanks everyone. I just wanted to get some responses from the "pros" at it.

Answer one question: Brush on, or Spray on (and Brands)?

Im not a car buff at all, just have access to a car lift, and need to jack it up anyway to replace a fog light, so shoot me some answers, and maybe a small explanation to your reasoning.
