Yeah I changed them Christmas Day, Just pull real hard.

I used a small flat head screw driver to seperate the two sides, then a... allen wrench I think to unscrew the two bolts holding them onto the door. Then it was just a careful unhook of the clips and pull. (slightly frustrating, but take your time and it's easy)
