In general a concept car is not manufactured to be street legal and as of last summer the XF concept was kept with other such Chrysler vehicles stored for company promotional use such as shows/display. I could be full of it but I can't imagine it being driven. There is a thread on CICCI and maybe here too that Eric Stoddard has posted in maybe he has some knowledge.
