- Pray a lot
- Pick up every heads up penny you see on the ground...
- Through all said pennies into a wishing well, while wishing for a humidor.
- Repeat.

I think that about covered it...

...oh and be prepared to spend a couple hundred on it when it pops up.


as far as i know they aren't for sale anywhere anymore, however they do pop up on ebay from time to time. every once in a while there will be a couple at the same time and then a long time without any... it's really hit or miss.
