I did this to my old S/C pulley. There's not enough meat to make it equiv to a 178 or similar. What I did was get a 178, and machine the s/c pulley diameter down 2mm. The numbers worked out to be a little bit stronger than a 181. You can find the numbers and more information than you want in my thread "Of long posts and superchargers". For what it's worth, I'm running a 185 now...
