Excuse me, I may be reading you wrong but that appears to be a real arragont statement for you to make on a large Crossfire forum such as this. By your own admission, there are only a handful of owners who have raced their cars.

You know you just threw a lot of Crossfire owners under the bus because they were out touring rather than on the track with you. From what I've seen, there were 15 or 16 cars on that trip, weren't there? I can see if "touring" isn't your bag but your statement is really way off base when someone is trying to get a trip going. Maybe you should also get in touch with the So Cal Lambo club and tell them the same thing. They did a similiar run in the same general area last summer. I'm sure it will go over real well with them, they would laugh you and your Crossfire off the street.

As for the Crossfire being a car of such "caliber", come on. It's a well built, 3.2L V6 MB, with a good looking American body that is being sold and serviced by Chrysler. Hardly a car of such caliber. One last thing, Chrysler in their own literature considers the car a cruiser, not a sports car.
