Nedrider, sorry that you have to live with the same problem! I ended up taking the car to the dealer but, as predicted, the radio did not have any issues so they were unable to fix it. I am determined the next time the radio has the problem, I am driving directly to the dealer to show them to fix it(as long as it happens in the next 6 mo. before my warranty expires).
