I found this great post below and used the attached document to get all of my console apart and ready to get coated in carbon fiber by SRT SIX's guys... They look amazing!

Im running in to a problem though now that I have the console apart I cant get the door off of the change drawer. There is a small metal rod/pin that makes the hinge. It looks like i should just be able to flex it off but im very wary of applying too much pressure and breaking it. Has anyone done this successfully?

Also the second thing is the air vents. The silver face has the louvers in it and i am having the same problem there. I cant see any way of removing them without prying them out, carefully. Im not comfortable with that and i dont want to mess them up.
