Another thing we can all do to help is what I have often done.
When a question is asked that has already been discussed or answered ....
instead of posting saying "do a search" I take a moment and do a search myself.
With the amount of time I have spent on this site I can usually find the answer and provide a link to a specific post or a thread on topic.

Be helpful rather than critical.
