Why do you think they are picking it up and returning it......they do the oil change AFTER they do all the recall work!

Want to hear about that wonderful Toyota quality......search for Tacoma frames rotting so bad after 1 year that the rear axle falls out!

Toyota handled this current problem so poorly that the NTSB is going to end up fining them heavily.
