can the rear spoiler be activated to rise at a lower speed than 60mph ie; come up at 40 ish + mph and come down at 30 ist mph. Living in a country with a mind blowing 65 miles of motorway that the speed is 70mph and the rest is 60mph. any ideas out there............................................. ..
