My 2005 owner's manual on page 249 lists the services to be performed. It may be up for a B service (2 wrenches) instead of a A service (1 wrench). I suggest you take it where you feel the most comfortable.
My Mercedes costs about $250 for a A service and B service runs about $600 to 800 depending what they find. You may want to check out Chrysler's costs. Also these is a list on the site in a sticky that also specfifies other service requirements based on time and mileage. Your owners manual has these listed also. Warranty appears to not be a issue based on the data provided. Based on my knowledge 2005s did not have a lifetime warranty on the power train. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I have a 2005 and a 2007 and the 2005 does not have the lifetime warranty but my 2007 does.
